Concordia beats Rushville 59-48 for 3A title PDF Print E-mail

FORT WAYNE — The Concordia girls basketball team pulled away from top-ranked Rushville Saturday in the Indiana High School Athletic Association's 3A state title game at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

The title is the first for girls basketball in school history.

Erynn Meiklejohn led Concordia with 16 points and six rebounds. Angela Doeffler added 12 points and three rebounds for the Cadets. Doerffler also won the Mental Attitude Award.
